Pre-Order & Backorder Policy

At Molle Shop Australia, we stock a wide range of tactical gear from our Sydney warehouse. Occasionally, high-demand items sell out or are sourced directly from our suppliers. Here's what to expect.


In-Stock Items

Orders containing in-stock items are dispatched same day or next business day. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.


Supplier-Shipped & Backorder Items

Some items ship directly from our supplier or are subject to supplier lead times. These items may take up to 21 working days to dispatch. Where this applies, it will be noted on the product page.

If your order contains a mix of in-stock and backorder items, we will hold the order and dispatch together unless you contact us to arrange a split shipment.


Out of Stock — Get Notified

If an item is out of stock, you can use the "Notify Me" button on the product page to register your interest. We'll send you an email as soon as the item is back in stock and ready to order.


Order Cancellations

If you've placed a backorder and no longer wish to wait, you can cancel your order for a full refund at any time before dispatch. Contact us at molleshopaustralia@gmail.com with your order number.
