All products sold by Molle Shop Australia are covered by manufacturer warranties and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
221B Tactical — Lifetime Warranty
221B Tactical products are backed by a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Contact us at molleshopaustralia@gmail.com with proof of purchase to initiate a claim.
Nextorch — 10-Year Warranty
NEXTORCH guarantees our products against defects in workmanship and materials. Under our warranty, we commit to replace or repair, at our discretion, any NEXTORCH product or part thereof which, upon inspection at our facility, is found to be defective. This service is provided at no charge for both parts and labor, subject to the specific warranty periods outlined below.
Warranty Coverage
- All Lights: 10-Year Warranty
- All Batons: 10-Year Warranty
- All Tools (multi-tools, tactical pen, etc.): 10-Year Warranty
- Distraction Devices: 2-Year Warranty
- Rechargeable batteries, Holster, Remote Pressure Switch, Mount: 2-Year Warranty
- Tactical Belt & Bag: 1-Year Warranty
- Non-rechargeable batteries, Clip, Headband, Lanyard, etc.: 1-Year Warranty
Exclusions
- Regular wear and tear including lamp burnout, switch malfunctions, or depleted batteries
- Damage from improper use, neglect, battery damage, use of non-NEXTORCH batteries or accessories, and unauthorised modifications or repairs

Warranty Disclaimer
The above warranty is exclusive and, to the extent permitted by applicable laws, shall be in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied. NEXTORCH disclaims any liability for product malfunctions, physical injuries, or property damage resulting from criminal, negligent, or improper use, or from modifications or alterations. In no event shall NEXTORCH be held liable for any incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Tasmanian Tiger — Manufacturer Repair/Replacement
If you have a problem with your Tasmanian Tiger equipment, you can either return it (with proof of purchase) to your place of purchase, or send it directly to the manufacturer:

You're only responsible for getting the pack or tent back to us — we recommend using tracked freight or postage. Tasmanian Tiger AU cannot be responsible for items not received by our returns department. We'll cover return shipping back to you.
Not Covered Under Warranty
- Normal wear and tear expected due to the age of the pack or gear, including breakage of straps and buckles
- Any damage involving a foreign object (e.g. knife, rock, dragging)
- Any damage due to misuse (e.g. sitting on your pack, airport mishandling)
- Third-party repairs or replacements — please send gear directly to Tasmanian Tiger AU; we cannot be held responsible for repairs carried out by someone else
All Other Products — General Warranty
Most other products carry a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
